Nothing: If it has fully healed, what is your problem?

Not healed: If your wound is not healed 3 months after surgery, you are not that far out of normal recovery. You should get in to see your surgeon. Your surgeon might refer you to a wound specialist. Also you can shower, hair dryer the wound daily.

Prolonged healing: This delay can be due to many things. These wounds are in difficult to heal locations. It may be due to several issues. You need to return to the surgeon or ask for a referral to a wound center.
