The treatment for: An anal fistula is surgery. Surgery can be feom simple incision and division to requiring multiple procedures. Recurrence after a fistula surgery is rare but not uncommon and again depends on the complexity. Please check with your surgeon if you have similar symptoms as prior to surgery. There is no herbal treatment for it.
