See a specialist: See an endodontist asap. If it can be salvaged by a surgical procedure. If not you may need the tooth extracted.

Evaluation needed: First, are you sure that the abscess is related to a failure of a previous rct treatment? The abscess could be from other causes. You need to see a dentist to determine your treatment options at this point. That could include a retreatment, apical surgery, or an extraction. If the tooth has a root fracture it is hopeless. Your dentist will discuss options and prognosis of each alternative.
