Hi, i had my perianal abscess surgery and after that i went through mri turn out i have complex perianal sinus tract 8cm, is it the same with fistula? is laser good treatment for my sinus tract? and will it just like fistula keep coming back?

"Perianal sinus tract" and "fistula" are synonymous, and are difficult to treat surgically, with poor healing usually the cause given the location. Best is to see a colorectal surgeon for his/her treatment options.
