Taking both Provera and Metformin will not generally assist with attempts to conceive, especially with PCOS. Ovulation induction is usually required , so see a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist). Provera will reduce chances of conception by making the endometrium unfavorable for implantation, even if ovulation did occur.
