I have severe pain in my feet, especially at the ball of the foot, what can i do for relief?

Massage: Severe pain in the ball of your feet may be due to your shoe wear, exercise or activity. You may have developed a morton's neuroma (pinched nerve)or have metatarsalgia(pain around the joints near the toes). Try massage to the area and wider shoes. If no relief, please see your podiatrist.

See a foot doc: If pain is severe it is possible you have a stress fracture. Plantar plate injuries are common in this region. A distal plantar fascitis is a possibility. If pain persists after a couple of days then see a doc before you aggravate the condition more.
