Blister: Do not pop the blister. Wear white Sox and avoid tight fitting footwear. Cover with a sterile gauze. You can apply an antibacterial ointment. Use paper tape, not adhesive tape, to stabilize the gauze. Observe for any spreading redness or pus. See MD as needed.
