How long will activated charcoal stay in your system?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Anatoly Belilovsky

Depends on bowel...: ...Transit time. Ac stays in the bowel, never goes anywhere else in the body, so when you no longer see charcoal in the stool, it's gone.
