No: The whole business of "heavy metal poisoning" cries out for better work and rigorous science. There are folks who will diagnose everyone with this and offer unproven remedies, and this tends to discredit real concerns about modern environmental toxicology. Activated charcoal binds many organic poisons that have been recently ingested but this won't remove metals from your system. Be discerning.
