Charcoal & suboxone?: Charcoal caps are adsorbent - meaning that other particles adhere to it's large surface area. Because charcoal is not digested, anything adhering to it, would also not be digested, and simply be eliminated in a bowel movement. However, this will not "rid ur system" of anything that has already been digested, or is already in your blood stream. As Suboxone is taken SL, charcoal won't affect levels.
