Can extracting teeth make my lips turn in more?

Possibly: The teeth can provide some support for facial tissues and when removed from the mouth, no longer provide taut support. The result can be a sunken look in the face.

Yes: One of the little know functions of teeth is to support the lips, so without teeth the lips are suseptible to collapse.
