Brush you lips? No: It is very important for you to brush your teeth. It is also a good idea to brush your tongue. However, brushing your lips gently probably will not be detrimental to your hygiene, but is probably unnecessary. if you wash your face you can wash your lips also. Furthermore, it is more important to floss than brush your lips.
