Varies: Treatment for sinus bradycardia depends upon the cause, severity, and symptoms. If it is related to a medication effect, the offending medication is often stopped. If not severe and a patient is not symptomatic, treatment may not be needed. In other cases, sinus bradycardia may be difficult to treat with medication and may require a pacemaker.
