A member asked:

I have bradycardia rsting hr of 45 and a high pulse pressure - 54. should i be concerned?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bradycardia: A heart rate this low may be normal in a well conditioned athlete but less likely to be normal in the general population. Typically not a concern if you are not symptomatic when exerting yourself- exercising/ climbing stairs/ taking a hot shower. Most commonly people pass out if this is one if the concerning conditions. If you are having symptoms or just want reassurance, then be evaluated.
