Appropriate management should include an attempt to determine the cause of the bradycardia( conduction system disease, concurrent medications likely to cause the bradycardia etc. This should be undertaken by the patient, an electrophysiologist, and other physicians involved in the treatment. Together, the team might be able to determine the appropriate treatment. This matter is of some urgency .

Acute or chronic condition, the treatment/urgency. Assuming chronic condition, a physician should evaluate :A. your heart rhythm by EKG. Not all slow heart rate are bradycardia from sinus bradycardia, it can be other conduction defects and arrhythmia that can be potentially dangerous. B. low BP -how low and whether symptomatic (dizzy, fainting, nausea,. mental status etc)
