What is the most effective treatment for multiple lipomas?

Multiple excisions: The only way to treat them is to excise or surgically remove them. Most insurance companies don't reimburse for this procedure for cosmetic reasons (you don't like how it looks) so i only recommend it if it affects your occupation (impacts your function or movement) or clothing (it's irritated by belt or bra, etc).
