Coincidence: Removal of a lipoma would have no effect on your breasts. Differentiating nipple discharge (pathologic) from secretion (physiologic) can be tricky. Favoring the latter includes fluid from both breasts especially if its not spontaneous and emanating from multiple duct orifices. If it is truly milk this may indicate elevated prolactin levels. Bottom line: go see your gyne for a formal evaluation.

Unrelated: Lipomas and milky discharge from the breasts are unrelated. See your doctor to evaluate the nipple discharge.
