There are many: If you are a teen you are at a great time in your life:your metabolism is optimal and you should be a the best overall health . There are so many options. For exercise find something that you enjoy(dancing, zumba, swimming, vollyball, etc). For diet all you may have to do is avoid the junck food and sodas.
