Rinse it off well: You should rinse the denture thoroughly with water after you use denture cleaner, so there should be no taste whatsoever. Also use a denture brush and plain water to remove any debris that might harbor bad taste and odor. If your denture has had a soft reline, that material can absorb odors that could cause a taste. If this is the case, i would get a hard reline that won't absorb any odors.

Certainly can: Must be sure to rinse thoroughly. After cleaning we always spray the patients' dentures with listerine, to freshen them.
