I don't have many teeth and the one i do have are bad and i really don't want to get them pulled if anybody fabricate me some dentures to go over them?

Not over but maybe connected to them. But only your dentist can really answer this.

No reputable Dentist would ignore treating or removing diseased teeth. Best option may be to make diseased healthy and then use them to support dentures. See a Dentist for an examination and then a discussion of your options.
