Not sure.: Sounds strange. Might want to ask your doctor. Neither cysts nor moles are worrisome and the combination is no different.

Not unusual: It is not good or bad. It can just happen. The mole probably grew over a hair follicle or a sweat gland. The hair follicle and or sweat gland probably just got clogged and formed a cyst.

I was diagnosed with a bilateral epididymal head cyst and one started to hurt and had grown. Is this normal or do I need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Can a cyst turn to cancer? Could the doctor misinterpreted the cyst for cancer?
