Mole picked off: You should really see a dermatologist to analyze and assess this problem. It's possible that this could've been anything from a simple spot which is age related or it could be an actual sun- related premalignant or malignant lesion, but I just cannot tell you without seeing it, so I think you need to get that evaluated personally. Do not pick it anymore. Let it heal and show the dermatologist.
