Cyst: Small cysts can be incidentally found in various locations of the brain, you don't say specifically where yours is, but it is likely of no concern.

Dx tiny colloid cyst 3rd ventricle. While driving with my son i had sudden onset 5 second burst of severe pain with greying of vision. Followed by hot flush sensation top of head. CT scan normal. Didnt mention CC. Does this fit any headache syndrome?
Had head CT scan with and w/o contrast. Findings say all normal but possible small arachnoid cyst in anteromedial left frontal lobe. Had MRI w/o contrast 18 months ago with no mentions. Could this have been missed? Is this early brain cancer?
