5-7 days.: I find it hard to believe that a 46 year old person would need an adenoidectomy. At that age the adenoid (lymphoid tissue in the back of the nose) usually has atrophied. Make sure of the histologist diagnosis. If the tissue is benign, you should be able to exercise in 5 to 7 days.
