A 30-year-old member asked:

if i'm having an adenoidectomy, will my voice change?

N ot usually: This is an excellent question. If the adenoid is very large, you might experience a temporary change in the quality of your voice. If there is no palatal insufficiency, it is unlikely that any permanent change will occur. I am basing the answer on adenoidectomy in children. It is quite rare for an adult to require an adenoidectomy, unless perhaps a biopsy is being performed. No voice change.

You can do it!: It can be really difficult. This is why there are so many books on the subject. Oh, the frustration for all us parents. Different babies require different needs. Some babies seem to be born sleepers. Bless you if you have the luxury. The best thing to do is to decide what you want as an end result and make a plan to get there. It can take days or weeks. Just be consistent in your actions.

Skip harsh chemicals: Your skin may be more sensitive in pregnancy. Skip harsh chemicals that may be over-drying. Also try to avoid products that contain retinol or large amounts of salacylic acid as there are some associations with problems with baby. I love the belli line of skincare. It is very gentle using natural ingredients and was created for pregnant women.

How does a man's sex life change with aging?

Lowered function: While sexual potential can carry through into quite older age, the erectile capacity and ejacualate volume decrease with age. Some lose desire which is entirely psychological. Note the many products on the market for this and the destruction of endangered animals for this (rhino horns, bear gall bladder stones, etc.).
