The position of the wisdom tooth, the type of anesthesia or sedation utilized, your anxiety level, the surgical technique and experience of your dentist and/or surgeon, and if any complications are encountered during surgery.

Ten to sixty minutes: It depends on the position of the wisdom tooth. If it is full bony impacted, takes around thirty minutes. But if fully bony and distoversion or either on or near the nerve bundle, sixty or more minutes. And the fee is more for the more difficult ones.
