I've been diagnosed with pcos and i have hypertension. what would be the best health plan to get everything under control. i'm 33yo and would like to start having kids by next year. i'm on the evra patch to regulate my period.

Hypertension: Lifestyle changes such as weight reduction, salt avoidance, no smoking, avoidance of excessive caffeine, very minimal alcohol intake, if any, stress reduction, regular exercise are effective. Certain antihypertensive medications like ACE inhibitors and ARB's are to be avoided during childbearing years.Collaboration between an internist or cardiologist and your gynecologist is recommended.
