Depends on the plan: Insurance plans are somewhat like clothing. Some cover a lot and some cover next to nothing. If the gov wants to help with healthcare they could define by statute, different levels of coverage (low end to high end), standardize the wording & require all insurers to have identical policies for identical levels. Now every policy issued has so much small print, you never know what's covered.
