Will having a childhood psychiatric problem stop me from getting a job in health insurance company?

It shouldn't: Is this childhood problem still active, and are you still in treatment for it? If it has resolved or is under good control, you should be able to do any job you choose and are trained for. Employers cannot request your medical records, or make hiring decisions based on disability. They can ask about your ability to perform a job, though -- and they can review your credit report.
