Need to see your doc: This is a very complicated question - either an infectious or inflammatory process can be considered but really need more information in terms of your specific symptoms, other test results such as esr, crp, liver profile among other things. Ana is a very non-specific test and needs to be interpreted in relation to other test results as well as your specific symptoms.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you have fever, consult your doctor to rule of infection. Positive ANA, at low titer, at your age is not a cause for concern.
