Yes. Need more info: Normal total white blood cell (WBC) count. Relative low lymphocytes (q: how low?) & relative high neutrophils. This finding can come from a variety of immune & infectious phenomena including bacterial & viral infections. ANA is a nonspecific test but is positive in some autoimmune diseases. I think a complete blood count (CBC) pattern over time and history & physical exam (h&p) by md needed.
