See GI: It could be several things including, but not limited to, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer disease, etc. The moral is you need to see a gastroenterologist who can further evaluate your symptoms and hopefully come up with a treatment plan.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to ascertain if you need to see a GI specialist.
