heart palp feeling after eating. nausea, sweaty palms, feeling tired and sometimes flushed. no other symptoms but gerd and gastritis like symptoms.

Palpitations: Palpitations after meals can occur if the stomach becomes distended. The palpitations may simply be a reflex slight increase in heart rate or can be the appearance of actual rhythm disturbances like a series of premature atrial or ventricular beats. Nausea and sweaty palms may be secondary reactions from vagus nerve activity. See your MD for evaluation and testing with heart monitor as needed,
