People most commonly: At risk for proctitis are the one who recieve radiation treatment to the pelvic area.... Most commonly for prostate and cervical ca. Procitis can also develop as part of inflammatory bowel disease. Certain sexual transmitted diseases can also cause it. These are all treatable.
