First the diagnosis: Must be confirmed as limitted to your rectum and not involving additional areas of your colon, best done with a colonoscopy. Infection needs to be ruled out. Once this is done appropriate oral meds and/or rectal meds should be prescribed. See a gastro or colorectal surgeon.
