Tonsil Stones: Recurrent tonsil stones or tonsiloliths are a reason for removal of tonsils. Consult with your ear nose and throat specialist to answer questions you may have about the procedure.

Tonsil stones: You may have tonsil stones. These can be removed with irrigation or picking with a curette. Recurrent painful stones can be indications for surgical removal of the tonsil.
