Get help: We all have some emotional attachments to food and for many it can be very dysfunctional. Hypnosis might help; counseling and finding out why you need to binge will be helpful. Acupuncture and chinese medicine may also be of benefit. This is about control so finding ways to shift your control to something more constructive would be helpful and you are likely to have more success with help.
