Harsh: this will sound harsh. It depends on making a decision that is aa real decision. For life. Some things your body may be unable to handle - like binging. Often continued binging results in obesity and all it's problems - maybe including diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. I real decision is absolute - for life - with no holidays and no cheating around the edges. eat healthy - last longer - enjoy living.
