Unclear: Not sure what you want to know. A partial hysterectomy means your cervix was left behind. You should be able to see the ovaries and the cervix.

The same. : Ultrasound interpretation does not change based on whether or not you had a hysterectomy. Just will not be a uterus. If you had a supracervical hysterectomy then the cervix can sometimes be mistaken for a uterus on ultrasound exam. Hope this helps.
