Maybe: I'm not sure if labeling it is necessary because either way you probably need some counseling to help you overcome the things you're describing.

Avoidant Personality: Pervasive pattern of social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, extreme sensitivity to negative evaluation, & avoidance of social interactions. They are very sensitive to criticism/rejection, are shy, have low self-esteem, very self conscious, & can become depressed & anxious.
