Borderline disorder: Very difficult to achieve. The person with borderline personality disorder has to be motivated to manage the symptoms and the other person has to learn how to cope with the manipulation and double bind splitting that is common with this disorder. I recommend the book "Stop Walking On Eggshells" by Paul Mason

Well: A person with Borderline personality Disorder could be high functioning. When someone who is high functioning works on their issues in treatment - a favorable result is possible.
