Not necessarily: Multiple personality disorder (actually called dissociative identity disorder) is not required for conflict in relationships. Usually such discord can be dealt with through calm, clear communication. If one or both partners is abusive or personality disordered though, it is not healthy or safe. Consulting a therapist might illuminate the situation, and help you find some solutions.

Unlikely: Being in a relationship in which you feel conflicted feelings.. Does not mean you have a multiple personality disorder. It does somehow suggest that you may be ambivalent about your current relationship or you know it's not right for you and yet don't have the strength to end it. It may help to talk this out with a therapist to understand why you continue to stay in your current relationship.

Love/Hate: Love and hate are, believe it or not, often normal emotions in relationships. The term for this is ambivalence, meaning conflicted, and it was coined in the early, formative days of psychoanalysis. Resolution of such powerful conflict is what occurs in either psychodynamic psychotherapy or psychoanalysis.
