No relation: These are 2 different disorders. Exhibitionism is one of several paraphilias, and involves exposing one's genitals to unsuspecting strangers in public -- usually to get a response of shock or fear. More common in men. Women with histrionic pd may dress provocatively, but their motive is to draw attention and love, not to shock. They don't usually "flash" unsuspecting public either.
