See a doctor: You do not describe the area involved with any specificity, nor do you indicate what these feel like (size, consistency, tenderness, mobility, etc.). Unless you are aware of some process which might have stimulated their appearance, it would be a good idea to have them seen by your local doctor.

Agree with Dr. R: It would be good to see a doctor. You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every few days. I any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
