See your doctor: Soem people who snore loudly may have obstructive sleep apnea(osa), which is a very serious health condition. You should see your doctor to evaluate the possibility of osa and maybe have a sleep test to rule it in or out. If you don't have osa, the there are multiple options for resolving snoring issues that your doctor can recommend.

Several things: If you are just a loud snorer, you can try some simple things....Sleep on your side (they make shirts with tennis balls on the back to keep you on your side), avoid alcohol and sedatives close to bedtime, and lose weight. If you are a loud snorer, you could also have sleep apnea (sa). Talk to your md to have a sleep study to determine if your have sa as this can be much more serious than snoring.
