Neither: If you had an elevated ca-125 prior to surgery for ovarian cancer and the level is down to a normal person's, then we can hope you have a cure, and should the level rise again it will be early warning. By itself, a normal ca-125 rules out nothing. I'm glad you're taking a proactive approach to your health. Good luck.
