Ca125 is 95. pelvic us both ovaries looked normal. no free fluid and all other visible organs normal. could they have missed ovarian cancer ?

A CA 125 value of 95 can be due to any one of several possible causes, Ovarian cancer being one them. But at your age I would place Ovarian Cancer as the least likely cause since your Ovaries are normal on Ultrasound examination. Since it is a nonspecific test, I would not have ordered it(?why was it done?). But now that you have an abnormal result, you should repeat the test 3-4 months.
