No: Cortisone is not recommended for bad toothaches . The most effective treatment is to have the toothache treated by your dentist.. If you can not see your dentist inflammatory would be helpful as a temporary solution.

Shouldn't: If you have a bad tooth ache see your dentist and then they can try to fix it. Cortisone shots are not going to solve the problem.
