What are the negatives effects of cortizone (hydrocortisone) shots? i'm worried about side effects.

Steroids side effect are generally cumulative, the more you get the greater the risk; fluid retention, weight gain, phsychosis, brittleness of bones, osteoporosis, increase risk of diabetes, adrenal suppression, increase infection and tumor.
