Hi docs, do you think it's bad to apply hydrocortisone more than eight times a day?

Yes: At most you should apply it 3 times a day. If you need it 8 times a day you should only do that at the direction of a doctor. Often a stronger streoid cream will fix the problem. Applying the cream to often can lead to thinning of the skin, loss of skin color, easy bruising, and other problems.
